Verrado Community Association Board Member Addresses the Club
Our speaker last week was Cynthia Zbiegien. Cynthia is a member of the board of directors of the Verrado Community Association (our homeowners association), one of two members elected by homeowners. She serves along with three members appointed by the developer. She shared with us her approach in getting things done, which involves speaking with people face-to-face, seeing and understanding the nature of their issue and working with them in seeing that the situation is addressed by CoHere, the management company employed by the Verrado Community Association to manage the association. She has been highly effective in getting long running and often complex situations addressed. Of particular note is the Tree House park, which was not on the list of parks in the community. Since she got involved the tree house has been repaired and painted and is now part of the regular maintenance schedule of Bright View. Mike Nott did an excellent job filling in for President Holly who was away being a mom and grandmother. Congratulations to the Notts in welcoming their new grandson, Boden.
